I have access to over 75% of the listings in the Chicago area! My search usually takes several hours to conduct. After a detailed phone consultation, I will narrow down the possibilities to 5 or 6 top choices. We will then meet at a location that is convenient and I will drive you to see a variety of places. Within the span of a couple of hours, you will find a new apartment!

I have access to a variety of marketing tools that will place your apartment in front of hundreds of renters every day! I will make myself available for every single showing, so that we never miss an opportunity to rent, and I will advise you along the way!

| 1. Provide you with outstanding customer service during the entire renting process. This process should always be about you! | 4. Help you to compare apartments and make a decision. | 5. Advise you on the best time to make an offer and help you negotiate that offer. Not all apartments will be eligible for an offer situation but should you make an offer on the price of the rent, I will help you negotiate in the best way possible. This is more than just ‘telling’ someone what the offer price is. A good agent will know how to ‘sell’ the offer price and/or negotiate it to maximize the chance of meeting your needs. | 5. I will offer high showing availability. It’s important that there be day, evening, and weekend showing availability. I have a system in place that will allow me to never miss a showing opportunity. |
